In a nutshell

Here is most of our December in a nutshell of pictures! It went by way too fast but we were able to pause and take a few snapshots here and there of things we did! These are in absolutely NO order...possibly even backwards! Enjoy!

He wanted a boy only picture!

The Sunday before Christmas I put my girls in their matching dresses/jumpers and Nate was in his Sunday best so it was definitely time for pictures!

Nate and Syd...I love how he is so sweet to his sisters! He better protect them as they all get older! :)
Rylee and Nate dressing Rylee up as a Jr. Jazz player but she is in Nate's clothes! He wants her to play basketball on his team that Ryan is coaching.
Sweet baby girl!
The kids love when it snows! The first thing they want to do is to do snow angels! I used to not love to get them ready to go out in the snow but this year they are able to get themselves pretty much ready to go outside and I just have to help a little bit! So nice!

Roxy in her bib...okay Sydnee's bib that we tortured Roxy in!

The kids at the mall with the Santa Clause there. Syd checking out his beard...yes this one is real!
Sydnee checking out who in the world is holding her!!

Daddy and 2 of his girls during the work Christmas party.

Syd checking out Santa's beard.
The kids seeing Santa for the first time at Ryan's work party. Kinda tricky to have all 3 of them on your lap!
The last day of preschool before Christmas vacation Ali and Rylee came out as Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer! Rachel and I realized that they were dressed very similar that day: both in red shirts, jeans, red socks, brown mary jane shoes and Rudolph! What cute little friends!

Roxy loves to be anywhere soft and warm...this includes my diaper bag with Sydnee's baby blanket and even Syd's carseat! Funny dog!
A couple of weeks before Christmas I made the kids take some pictures and as you might be able to tell, Sydnee was NOT happy! She screamed through most of them since it was the beginning of naptime and she would not be getting that SO needed nap since we were going to church.

Ryles and Nater with the Toy Story gang on Nate's bed.

My older kids don't take too many baths anymore so when they all happened to be in the tub together we had to get a picture...So cute!

Surprise Visitors!

My sister Angie called me in November and asked me to help her surprise my mom and dad with a visit from her and Morgan! I was so excited because I hadn't seen my sister in forever! So we planned it all out that I would pick her up from the airport on December 11th and then we would go surprise my mom and dad at lunch or something. Well let me tell you that it is NEVER that easy! The night before she was to come I called my mom and asked her to meet me and Ryan for lunch at her favorite place...but she couldn't because she had her lunch group Christmas lunch that same day. So that plan was thwarted! Then later that night before Angie came I got sick to my stomach and thought I wasn't going to be able to hang out at all...luckily I was fine in the morning. So we went to pick her up at the airport and wouldn't you know it we saw my aunt and uncle at the airport when we were waiting. It was the funniest thing! My parents were completely surprised and it was so fun having them here for those few days! Rylee quickly became best friends with Angie and wanted her to do everything with her. Angie couldn't get enough of baby Sydnee and let me tell you how much Sydnee didn't mind! We miss them already too much and can't wait for them to come again! The kids all playing in the highchair when Morgan was visiting! How many kids can fit into Sydnee's high chair?? Silly kids! The neighbor girls came over and played with Morgan and my kids. They all love to play with Morgan and was so excited she came to visit again!
Rylee's Christmas dance performance was also while Angie and Morgan were here visiting. She danced to "I'm a Little Eskimo" and was so cute and did a great job! Auntie Angie even brought her a flower for her after she danced! She was so excited about this flower too!

Syd sleeping on Nana! Yay for a little nap!

A visit to Grandpa & Grandma C's house. Grandma had just gotten out of the hospital after some surgery. We are sure glad she is okay!

Ryan's Birthday

December 8th was Ryan's birthday and we had a fun day celebrating it! We ate Rubio's for lunch and then I made him a homemade carrot cake (*YUMMMM!*) and we had baked spaghetti for dinner with my parents. Ryan's kind of meal for sure! Happy birthday, Ry!

The week before Ryan's birthday my mom and dad were lucky enough to have my brother's little girl Elsa with them for about a week. She is Rylee's age and we had such a fun time playing with her all week! They even got to go play in the snow together....don't they look cute!?

November Part 2

Here are the rest of the pictures from a fun filled November with the highlight definitely being the time we were able to spend with family. We were able to attend a birthday party for Ryan's grandma who turned 80 years old.
Nathan has really taken off on his reading ability! We are so proud of him and the effort he puts into practicing each and everyday.
We also started painting different parts of our house. We have now finished our master bedroom and both the kids bedrooms as well. We are still in the process of picking out a color to paint the rest of the house though.

The girls room...the ceiling difference of colors! Huge difference!

Ignore the messy bed but this is the color of our master bedroom wall and ceiling now.

Nice haircut Ry! lol Don't worry he cut the top too!

Our dare devil Miss Rylee Mynaskis (her nickname).

Me and my girls!

Our cute little boy!

Daddy's girls!

Nate loves to hold and be with Sydnee all the time! He always wants pictures of them together too. Syd loves to maul poor Roxy but she lets her do whatever and comes back for more all the time.

Practicing her eating skills which thankfully are getting MUCH better!
